- Read over “The Basics” listed below and share with all expected guests
- Call 775-324-7399 to confirm availability for desired date and time
- Be prepared to provide credit card information to reserve the spot
- Fill out, sign and return the “Expected Guests and Services” party form
- Submit your completed & signed form ... in person, firstname.lastname@example.org or 775-284-2980 (fax)
- SOAK will call you to confirm your party
- Please complete the “Expected Guests and Services” form within 72 hours prior to your party.
- A 20% gratuity is required for each service provided. Parties lasting past business hours require 30%. If guests are paying individually for their services, please inform them ahead of time.
- Our techs kindly accept cash only for gratuities. Cash back is available only on debit cards. We reserve the right to charge unpaid gratuities to the reserving credit card.
- Parties reserved during regular business hours are not private unless your group uses the entire space for their services. SOAK can arrange use of the entire space by smaller groups for an additional fee. SOAK will make all efforts to seat and serve your party together, but other clients may be served at the same time.
- We will try to accommodate unanticipated guests and services (French tips, gels, etc.) upon arrival, but please be aware time constraints may require a reduction in other services (massage time, etc).
- SOAK has a full liquor license and beverage menu. In accordance with state laws, we cannot allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages. If you would prefer other drinks, please call SOAK to see if we can accommodate your requests.
- SOAK loves our Little Miss parties. The minimum charge per guest is $20, and Little Miss parties booked on Friday or Saturday will include a surcharge of $100.
- While your schedules may be hectic, guests are expected to arrive five to ten minutes early. Any guests appearing more than 15 minutes late may experience a reduction in services or lose their spot altogether, with 50% being charged if we cannot fill the spot.
- Feel free to call SOAK if you’d like to cancel or modify your party at any time, at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. If a cancellation, reduction in guests, or a no show occurs within 72 hours of your reservation, the credit card holding the reservation will be charged 50% of booked services.
- And don't forget ... it is the responsibility of the host to inform the other guests of the above requirements.
