Q: How do I get my free upgrade? A: Let your technician know when checking in — one free upgrade allowed per monthly service.
Terms & Conditions
● Membership is available to individuals aged 14 years and above. Membership Plans & Payments
● Membership is $89 per month with a three-month minimum commitment from the date of purchase after billing continues month to month.
● Membership fees are billed monthly from the date of purchase.
● All payments are non-refundable once processed.
● Late payments may result in suspension of membership until the balance is cleared.
● Unused services do not roll over to the following month (“use it or lose it”).
● Prices are subject to change with a 30-day advance notice.
● Memberships may be transferred to a friend or family member.
● Each month, members may choose one SOAK service (exclusions apply: mani/pedi combinations, primp & polish, little miss/mr services).
● Additional services outside of the monthly benefit receive a 15% discount.
● Discounts apply only to the member’s services and cannot be transferred to guests
