COVID-19 Policy, Procedures &
Operational Updates

In response to the State of Nevada’s updated COVID-19 mask policy, as of February 10th, 2022, SOAK’s new mask policy is as follows.

Masks for both employees and guests of SOAK will be optional.

Though masks are optional, SOAK fully supports any guests or employees who choose to wear a mask. Harassment of any kind, whether by a guest or an employee, will not be tolerated, as we offer a safe, supportive environment at SOAK.

At any time guests may request a technician to wear a mask due to any concern without harassment or question. Our technicians will gladly honor this request without question.

Any guest or employee exhibiting any sign of illness, e.g. runny nose, cough, sneezing, etc, will be asked to wear a mask while on SOAK premises.

SOAK may refuse service to anyone who refuses to wear a mask while exhibiting symptoms of illness. Anyone who refuses to wear a mask in this case can either (a) put on a mask or (b) leave and be subject to late cancellation fees.

In complying with Nevada state law, our goal is to provide a safe workplace for our staff per OSHA, as well as a safe space for our customers.  Please reach out to reception@soaklounge.com with any questions.
