SOAK Spoils Policy

• Points are accumulated for money or gift cards spent (after discounts & before tax) on services and products

• Points are automatically tracked by SOAK

• Points do not accumulate for the purchase of gift cards

• For “group” purchases, points accumulate per client in the group based on services received rather than points accumulating based on who pays

• Points cannot be transferred and cannot be used to pay for others

• Points can be redeemed for the full price of the following services:

  • Manicures & add-ons

  • Pedicures & add-ons

• Each point equates to $1

• Partial payment of a service is not available

• Five points will be awarded for each customer referral. A referral is a new customer that identifies you on our client form when first purchasing a nail service listed above.

• Client must provide address, working phone number and e-mail to participate in any aspect of this program and agree to allow SOAK to make contact regarding this program over the phone, through e-mail or through the mail. Opting out of e-mail or text will result in removal from this program and forfeit of accumulated points if one does not opt back in within 30 days.

• Points expire after 18 months, so use them or lose them

• Points cannot pay for sales tax
